Avenzaa does not offer refunds. However, products may be eligible for exchange if reported within 3 days of delivery in cases of incorrect, defective, or wrongly sized items. Please note that only one-time size exchange is permitted.
Before initiating an exchange, customers must share clear images of the product at avenzaa.studio@gmail.com for verification. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
All items sent for exchange must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact. Exchange shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the product’s natural characteristics and will not be considered defects.
