PP-COD is available with a non-refundable fee (₹500 for one item, ₹1000 for two or more) and is not applicable for orders above ₹10,000. Avenzaa does not offer refunds, but products may be eligible for exchange if reported within 3 days of delivery for incorrect, defective, or wrongly sized items (one-time size exchange only). Before initiating a return, customers must share clear photos of the product to avenzaa.studio@gmail.com to support their request. No returns or exchanges are accepted on international orders or sale products. Returned items must be unused with original tags, exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer. Slight color/texture variations are not considered defects. Indian prices include taxes; international orders may incur customs duties payable by the customer.
