Our Commitment

At Avenzaa, we take immense pride in our craftsmanship and strive to ensure that every piece reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you face any issues with your order, please refer to our exchange policy outlined below.


Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds, but we do provide a one-time size exchange or style exchange/store credit, depending on availability, if your order meets the following criteria:

  1. You received the wrong product, not matching your original order.

  2. The garment delivered has a manufacturing defect.

  3. You received the incorrect size, and wish to exchange it for the correct one (same style only).

Important: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange. Requests made after 48 hours will not be eligible.

Note: All exchange courier charges (to and fro) are to be borne by the customer. Exchanges are subject to size availability at the time of request.


Exceptions (Non-Exchangeable Items)

The following items are not eligible for exchange 

  • International Orders: All orders shipped outside India are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Embroidered Pieces: Due to their delicate and customized nature.

  • Customized Garments: Any piece tailored for specific measurements, colours, or design preferences.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale, promotional offer, or discount campaign.

 


Please Note:

  • Natural variations in handwoven fabrics and artisanal techniques are part of the charm and not considered defects.

  • Slight colour differences may occur due to screen/device settings. These are not eligible for exchange or refund.


Refunds (Only in Select Cases)

A refund will be provided only if:

  • The product is damaged or defective, and we cannot provide a replacement.

  • The product you ordered is unavailable at the time of processing your exchange request.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.


Cancellations

If we need to cancel your prepaid order due to any unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Alterations

We currently do not offer alteration services.


How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please email us at avenzaa.studio@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order Number

  • Reason for Exchange

  • Supporting images (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, you must ship the item back to us within 7 days at the following address:

Please ensure the product is unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
