This Policy is operated by “www.avenzaa.com” (hereinafter referred to as "Us/we/our"). "Client", "You" and “Your” refers to the person who visits this Website, for browsing, exploring and purchasing products from our Website. 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

1. We provide FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders within India. Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 7-10 working days. Hand Embroidery Products will be shipped in 10-15 working days. While we partner with some of India's leading logistics companies, their coverage may be limited. If your address is in a location not served by our logistics partners, we will contact you to explore alternative solutions to ensure your order reaches you. 

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional charge of ₹99 is applicable.
Please note that COD is not available for orders above ₹5,000. Delivery timelines may vary, and delays can occur during festivals, promotional periods, or due external factors beyond our control.
